Sunandini Basu, a friend of mine, was studying animation at the National Institute of Design and made two short animation films in response to the communal tension that was spreading across the country after the Godhra riots of 2001. I composed, recorded and mixed the music for these films that were scheduled to be aired on a regional animation channel.
